If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the affected area at no charge. Our "we never cancel" promise and Swept Up Six reward are described on our site and may change over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are licensed, bonded and insured.
