Do you handle both move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Tell us if you’re moving in or out, and when the home will be empty. We’ll go over what we’ll clean and when before you book.
What is included in moving cleaning?
We clean the empty home from top to bottom, including inside the cabinets, the oven and the fridge. We go over the details with you when we quote.
Should I book before or after the movers?
Moving out? Book it after your things are gone. Moving in? Book it before you unpack. Make sure the power and water are on and we can get in.
Do you guarantee a deposit return or inspection result?
No. We can’t promise your landlord will return your deposit or that you’ll pass inspection. We’ll make sure the cleaning we agreed to is done.
Can you clean today?
Maybe. We check today’s openings and confirm the time with you. Sending a quote request doesn’t book a time.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning products and tools. If you want us to use certain products, just let us know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just tell us how to get in. We’ll go over it with you before the visit.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean the missed area at no charge. This covers the cleaning in your booking, not problems that were there before or work that wasn’t booked.
